Problem with fluent simulation on PCM

Hi everyone,
I am a student working on my final year project and I am trying to regenerate a research paper results on PCM.My ansys was working fine until few days now it is giving only zero for liquid fraction and the attachment file as scaled residuals for any conditions I am giving.I uninstalled and installed the software again but the result is same.Can anyone help with this.
