I want to simulate the glass forming process (especially blow molding in IS machine).
which CAE software can simulate this process better than others? by superficial search on the web, I know that Ansys Polyflow claims to be the best for this purpose. what do you think about that?

I would definitely second that. Polyflow has been developed for such problems. Other products like Fluent, Comsol and Star can model such problems, they are more general.
