Hello, new member and CFD beginner here.
I want to work on the new problem of Revolving-Wing Wind Turbines which consist of only 1 vertical wing constantly turning 360 degrees around its Y_axis like these guys on Youtube are doing: https://youtu.be/7hVQ_rVNRUI https://youtu.be/AMuworVnTNI I am new to CFD and have not used ANSYS before. Can ANSYS simulate airflow turning such a vertical wing 360 degrees with lift force and drag around a center shad5? Is it a suitable CFD solution for this problem? Thank you for any advice! |

I don't know how the wing looks like when standing still, when it is rotating around a fixed axis, than this can be done quite easily.
