Hello,
I'm doing a CFD study on our FSAE front wing. My surface mesh has excellent equality (less than 0.55 skewness) and the volume mesh overall is very nice, however I get this warning during volume meshing: Non-manifold node bn277556 (424.974623 129.259659 428.734650). Non-manifold node bn277555 (425.280440 129.259659 428.734650). Non-manifold node bn277554 (425.585706 129.259659 428.734650). Non-manifold node bn276528 (573.168106 129.259659 428.734650). My solution had very clear oscillations so I'm trying to fix the mesh and see what happens. What exactly does this warning mean? Furthermore, many times I've wanted to highlight or focus on a specific node or cell but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it. Is there a button somewhere where I can ender the node number or cell number (or specify cells of a certain quality) and fluent meshing will show them for me? I'm on 2022 r1. Cheers! |

Problem is what if you have 200 to 500 non manifold edges ? I can't see myself editing each one manually.
