yaya New Member Seine-Maritime Join Date: Sep 2022 Posts: 2 Rep Power: 0	Hello everybody, I want to model the damping of a liquid inside a cylinder. Since damping is mainly due to wall boundary layers, I used the body of influence feature on Ansys Meshing in order to have small cells on the cylinder wall. However, by doing so I obtained the following result: mesh_unrefined_cylinder.PNG There are 4 bands like this one on the cylinder wall (each one is separated by 90°). I cannot find the origin of this problem. Could you help me please? Thanks in advance.
