How to set up coal and biomass co-firing modeling in ANSYS Fluent?

Dear all,

I'm modelling coal and biomass co-firing behavior (temperature, CO, CO2, NOx,...predictions) in a furnace.
How do I set up or specify the different co-firing percentages in ANSYS Fluent?
For instance, how do I specify these mix in Fluent setup:
90% coal and 10% biomass
80% coal and 20% biomass
70% coal and 30% biomass

.....etc

Thank you
