controlling a running workbench session from commandline

Left Workbench open. Later X2Go crashed, but ANSYS is still running. I have SSH access. Is it possible to use it to save the Workbench project? Checked online but a search query for "how to save ansys workbench project from command line" returns irrelevant results. Many thanks for your advice.
