kirkhammett69 is on a distinguished road
Hi guys

i'm trying to figure out how to model (concecptually) a wet/vortex scrubber. Basically it consists in a scrubber partially filled with water and a mixture of air + particulates flowing through the water. It is quite easy to model the 2 phases (air and water) with a VOF model, while it's not so easy to model also the particulates trapped by the water. I know that particulates can be added with and "injection" but how it is possible to set a kind of interaction between particles and water?
I saw a video on youtube of a vortex scrubber (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QuIJ...Air%26Purifier ) so i'm curious about the model behind this

Thanks
