I am mechanical engineering student and i love to create new projects for myself and clients as well but ANSYS is love that always strives me to go beyond my limits but this time, i am looking for a quick help where i lack the confidence due to an error which is repeatedly happening from a week.
While working on a drag reduction for trucks using ANSYS Fluent and there has been a problem with the drag coefficient of the truck. However I am not getting much change between the drag coefficient values (1-2%). I am expecting a drag coefficient reduction between 10-20%. I am using the frontal area of the truck in the reference values, which is why I may not be seeing a change in drag coefficient. How do I take the trucksack at the rear of the trailer into consideration when calculating the drag coefficient in ANSYS Fluent? Thanks & Regards, myloweslife |
