Hi,
I am modelling a hydraulic actuator. In the image 'Mechanical' you can see its mechanical side. The piston is fixed in a membrane with the two sides of the piston attached to it (shared topology as they have to move together). When the piston moves it acts against a spring. The membrane is modelled as a shell with a thickness of 0.2mm In the image 'Fluid' you can see the fluent part of the problem. Those would be the two chambers of the hydraulic actuator. Between them stands the membrane from Mechanical but as it is a solid it does not appear in the image. The thing is I want to specify a sinusoidal pressure inlet in inlet A (lets say 1000 + 500*sin(wt) Pa) and in inlet B just the opposite (1000-500*sin(wt)) so that the piston moves to one side and the other. The problem comes when I try to create the data transfer. From the chamber A wall that is in contact with the membrane I have to create one and the same in the other side but Ansys says I can not have the same target and different sources for two different Data transfers... Could you help me? Thank you in advance! Leandro |
