Dear All,
I just can't make my body rotating. I was using Ansys 16 some time ago and I do not remember having such troubles. Now in Ansys 19 my body is not rotating.

Forces:
A Rotational Velocity along Z axis, 5 rad/s.

Support:
B Displacement X = free, Y= free, Z = 0,
C Displacement X = 0, Y = 0, Z = free,

Total Velocity

I believe there was a change in between those versions of Ansys that I was not being informed yet.
Could You, please, tell me where I am doing mistake?

Best regards,
Oskar

Hi Oskar

I did similar analysis in Ansys 2019R3 Student Trial and it works.
I applied BC similar as you described. You didn't preceise so I applied Rotational Velocity by Geomtry Selection and Coordinate System (not by vector).

Thank You for Your reply.
I tried Geometry Selection and for velocity I tried both Vector and Component setting without success.

I tried with Cylindrical Coordinate System but components were still x, y and z requested in meters which does not seems to be correct.

I believe I need to wait for an update of Ansys in my university.
