[FSI]Communication socket unexpectedly disconnected

I am trying to solve a FSI case using Workbench 19.2.

By using Fluidflow(Fluent) ,TransientStructural and SystemCoupling , the calculation process was fine until 80% of ititation.

Error message is as follows:
Update failed for the Solution component in System Coupling. System coupling run completed with errors. Additional information: Exception originated from the noted participant when the coupling service requested SyncProcess->AssignToken: Communication socket unexpectedly disconnected.

I have tried to cancel the license sharing in workbench but it reported error at the first iritation.

I will appreciate it if someone can tell me how to figure it, because I have been bothered for more than 2 months```````

Do I have to re-install the software? Or I make some mistakes I didn't find?

I was doing some FSI in ansys 17.2 but never received anything like that
is seems to me like the comunication is lost, maybe the nodes from the fluid cant match the nodes from the structural? check please the mapping details in system coupling when the problem begins
