Revolute joint in Ansys Tranisent structural is not working, the part expands!?

Hello everyone,
I’m trying to give a rotational velocity by joint load to a revolute joint to rotate a flexible simple plate around a fixed point in Ansys transient structural. The problem is the part starts to expand instead of just rotating around the joint. Any idea why is this happening?
