Default Water jet cutting with Ansys

Can we do simulate water jet cutting in Ansys, If yes please help me how? I'm not getting any online tutorial on it. I've started it in Explicit dynamics. But I guess SPH (Smooth particle hydrodynamics) also required for it. Please help.
