Hello,
i want to orient my mesh along an axis of my local coordinate system. This feature is stated in the manual. I am using an Octree mesh and did the necessary settings. I enabled the option in Global Mesh Setup >Volume Meshing Parameters >Use active local coordinate system and the local coordinate system is active but the mesh has always the same orientation. I even flipped the axes. Do you have an idea ? Thanks. |

ok i got it now. I have a rotational periodic body and its important that the axis for the periodicity is the same axis of the local coordinate system
