ishaniis is on a distinguished road
I am currently doing a project whereupon
I need to develop a vaporizer whose
Pipe
OD - 30mm
ID - 28mm
t = 1mm
Pressure(Inlet) = 3.5 Pa
Pressure (Outlet) = 1.5 Pa
Mass flow rate = 3g/sec = 0.003 kg/sec
Inlet Conditions (Fluid) - 25 degree celsius
Outlet Conditions (Fluid) - 95 degree celsius
L (Pipe)= 450mm

I have calculated the Q for the given problem by the formula
Q = m. Cp . (dT)

Correspondingly, Heat Flux by (Q/A)

I want to simulate it for a pipe which will be provided heating by wounding Nichrome wire as a Heat source, the entering fluid must vaporize at the outlet of the pipe section

Now ,
Q1. I am little confused to keep the wall boundary conditions
as -
Constant Heat flux
or
Constant Wall Temperature
or
Convection.

Q2. Can I find out the percentage of fluid which is converted into vapour form?
