UDF for pitching motion

Hi Foamers
I'm trying to simulate a pitching motion for an airfoil in Ansys. Whole domain moves so the size of the cells are cte. Although the lift and the drag force are correct ( similar to the reference paper) I'm not sure if I'm using the proper UDF. After compiling the UDF, I get this message ' Assuming no motion'. Would you helping me in correcting the UDF,please?
