Hi friends,
I have a problem in meshing a cooling system for an electronic device. It is a water cooling system in which the water flows through the fins and cools down the baseplate of a power module. I use a cubic block that surround all the fins in the heatsink and define it as a fluid. I have learned that if I give it a lower priority compared to the solid objects, the Icepak can separate it from the solid parts, but Icepak cannot mesh it at all. I imported the heatsink as a CAD object but I even tried to simplify it as the basic Icepak objects in the Designmodeler but it does not work. Do you have any solution? Thanks in advance. |
