Work Bench GUI very small font

The font on the GUI of both the ansys workbench and in Fluent is very small when run on my surface book (3000x2000 resolution).

Having the same issue on Ansys 19.2 (all products not just workbench) and a 1920x1080 monitor.
Try right clicking on the application file (.exe) ->properties->compatibility->change high DPI settings->tick on the 2 unticked boxes. It didn't work for me but for some people did. Cheers |

I have this same issue using Ansys 2021 R2.
Changing the high DPI settings did not work for me, but it did make the text easier to read (it is not overlapping anymore). Strangely, if I open up Fluent, for example, then it looks fine. I am not sure if it is related, but I am using
