Installing ANSYS Linux 64bit, on MacOS?

Hello,
Since MacOS and Linux, both are Unix variants, there are lot many things common. (Previously they used to make version for MacOS too, I don't know why they stopped) One thing's sure it's possible using Virtual Box or any other VM. But in this case memory gets shared. As result, we need to deal with slow performance of solvers. So are there any other ways to install ANSYS Linux 64bit on MacOS. Although, there is only one way, and that's using VM, can I have detailed information about it? Thanks, Regards. Sent from my iPhone using CFD Online Forum mobile app |

So you mean the only way is to use the VM to setup the Ansys on the Mac. But how to setup the VM? |
