Problem with installation

Dear all,
I have problem with installation Ansys Academic Student 16.2 (i use Windows 10). When i click button "Install ANSYS Product" (as I showu You on printscreen) - nothing heppen. This dialogue windows close and installation proces won't run. I don't notice any errors. What Can i do in this situtation ?
