Hi
In my simulation, I need to calculate water mass flow rate through a plane. The plane is diagonal ( not vertical, not horizontal). for calculating mass flow rate i am intending to use the following expression in CFD-post: areaInt( Density * Velocity dot n)@plane n is the normal vector to the plane. Unfortunately, i don't have "n" . How can I calculate "n"? On the other hand, there I have a polyline(line) which is normal to my plane. If I be able to extract directions of that line, it's possible to use it's direction as "n" vector. Is it possible to make the line as the vector? (and extracting the directions of it?) |
