Can I simulate piezoresistor effect on Ansys software?

Hi, I have been told ansys is a great software for FEM simulations and I'd like to be able to simulate a piezoresistor in a cantilever and its electrical behaviour due to stress. If it's the case is there any example or manual I can read to know if this software requires my needs for my simulations.
