Mikkow is on a distinguished road
Hello.
I'm trying to install Ansys Workbench software for students but it simply does not run. The launcher starts and after I click on the "Install ANSYS Products" button it shuts down and nothing happens. The pdf links to help etc. at the bottom don't seem to be working as well but at least they don't shut down the launcher. The process can be found in task manager however inactive, the click wrap never appears. It happens for both 17.1 and 16.2 versions, my PC does meet the requirements and i have all the Pre-reqs needed.
Yes i run it as an administrator, and yes i tried doing that as a first thing after rebooting the PC, running in compability with Win7 etc. nothing works. The system is a legal and updated Windows 8.1 Pro N 64-bit.

I'd really appreciate if someone is able to help, I tried to google that but nobody seems to have similar problems.
