I am running a two way FSI with Transient Thermal and Fluent for coupled thermal analysis.
The geometry is simple: a thick SiC wall with one side attached to a pipe which runs superheated steam. The other side of the wall receives high temp radiation. I've set up both TT and Fluent. Everytime I run the system coupling solution, it just abort automatically with the error messages down: System coupling run completed with errors. System Coupling Service reported: System coupling run aborted by user or due to fatal error: A solver failure occurred during the run in the Transient Thermal system Please do not save the project if you would like to recover to the last saved state. Anyone has any idea what caused the error? ***** ANSYS COMMAND LINE ARGUMENTS ***** BATCH MODE REQUESTED (-b) = NOLIST INPUT FILE COPY MODE (-c) = COPY 2 PARALLEL CPUS REQUESTED START-UP FILE MODE = NOREAD STOP FILE MODE = NOREAD CONNECTION TO COUPLING SERVER REQUESTED SYSTEM NAME = Solution HOST NAME = 0.0.0.0 SERVER PORT REQUESTED = 59011 20100520 VERSION=WINDOWS x64 RELEASE= 15.0 UP20131014 CURRENT JOBNAME=file 20:53:14 SEP 19, 2016 CP= 0.842 *** FATAL *** CP = 0.842 TIME= 20:53:15 MAPDL is unable to connect to the system coupling service on 0.0.0.0 through port 59011.
