Hi i am try to evaluate transient thermal stress for a simple block but the equivalent von mises stress a showing me stepped nature of stress w.r.t time. The graphs natures is correct for 1st 40 secs and then it gradually decreases in stepped behaviour. Also same stepped behaviour is observed after 80secs.
