Arrow Velocity of a body under water for a given force.

Kindly give me some suggestion how I can calculate this on ansys. Imagine a submarine which is in under water. A fixed amount of force (Will be remain constant) is working on it in the forward direction. I want to find out what will be the velocity of that submarine under the water for that given force by using ansys.
