Basically what I'm trying to do is a biological model of a breast. I created a testcase, which is a simple hemisphere, set the plane representing the chest wall to zero displacements and applied a gravity parallel to the plane. I'm using a linear elastic model. Unfortunately it just converges only up to 1/10 of the earths gravitational pull, any gravity bigger triggers the output UNCONVERGED SOLUTION.
I'm using 10node tetrahedral elements. I've already tried different mesh sizes and time steps. How can I get the testcase to converge? Thank you in advance. |
