Hi Everyone,

i am trying to simulate a gas solid feed distribution system which contain a screw conveyor for solid particles.
i am facing problems as i am new to ANSYS.

A) How to improve mesh quality?
B) how to rotate the screw at desired rpm?

i have tried this and i don't know either it is right or not. i have generated separate zones of fluid and screw and in fluent it shows that "New zones are found please match these." mean interfaces are generated like fluid inner wall screw thread shadow etc. and i can't attach these interfaces.?

secondly i have selected the wall of screw and give it rotation in setting B.Cs.
but problem is that next to screw conveyor there is a impeller which have fins at different positions. and how can i select the inner wall at inside of a fluid domain. mean no access to that point.

Pictures of geometry and mesh are here.
