REcording torque at every time step

Default REcording torque at every time step

I have completed a transient analysis of a turbine with 1020 time steps. I need to calculate torque values at every time step. I know one way was to add a monitor so that it get recorded after every time step but I forgot to put. Is it a way to extrapolate torque at point in every time step?
