Hi
I’m trying to model a Turbocharger turbine blade in Bladegen using a CAD model. I don’t want to import the CAD model into the bladegen. In designing procedure of the turbine blade I need to specify the hub and shroud profile in meridional view and betha angle distribution of hub, Shroud and mid-span. The problem is that I can’t imagine what the meridional view and betha angle are. I know the basic concept of them but I don’t know how to use a CAD model to obtain meridional view and betha angle distribution.
So can anyone please tell me what the meridional view and betha angle are and how I should obtain them in a real cad model?
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
thanks
