I'd like to ask if you can recommend any textbooks regarding Ansys CFX and FLUENT.
should be for entry levels

Not strictly ANSYS but I found the following book a great read (considering the heavy technical content) and quite informative.

It isn't a step by step guide for ANSYS though. For that I used some of the tutorial/examples within the ANSYS help.
