I'm submitting via command line on a UNIX based cluster. However, when I use a pre-generated partition file for my mesh, it ignores my specified .bak file I want to continue from.
Here is the commands I'm using to submit the job: sqsub -r 7d --nompirun -q mpi -n 48 --mpp=2G -o ofile.%J cfx RUN.def -continue-from-file INI.bak -parfile-read RUN.par Essentially, it uses the partition file fine, but starts from t=0 each time. |
