Trying to do a thermal analysis of a bare die installed in a cavity in a silicon substrate with traces. I have two different models which I want to compare, one with traces going right to the bonding pads on the bare die and the second with bonding wires. Did anybody have any success with the "bonding wires" macros in Icepak 16.2? It's asking for a file "wire data", but doesn't specify the format or any info on it, couldn't find anything in Help either. Thanks for the answers in advance, sorry for my English.
