Exclamation error message: Failed to load addin error in Ansys 15 Workbench

The error message is Failed to load addin Ansys.Simulation.Core.Addin from location C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\v150\Addins/Simulation/bin/Win64/Ans.Simulation.Core.dll. This addin will be skipped.: Root element is missing.

Details of error are as follows:-

System.Xml.XmlDxception: Root element is missing.
at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.Throw(Exception e)
at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.ParseDocumentContent( )
at System.Xml.XmlLoader.Load(XmlDocument doc,XmlReader reader, Boolean preserveWhitespace)
at System.Xml.XmlDocument.Load(XmlReader reader)
at System.Xml.XmlDocument.Load(String filename)
at Ansys.Simulation.Core.SolvehandlerParser.ParseSolv eHandlers()
at Ansys.Simulation.Core.Addin.Load(AddinLoadContext context)
at Ansys,Core,AddinManager.setupAddin(String path,String name, AddinBase addin)
at Ansys.Core.Addins.AddinManager.Load(String path, String name)
at Ansys.Core.Addins.AddinManager.loadAddin(String name, String fullpath)

Please help me to solve this error. Thank you in advanced.

When is this error coming?
whole loading workbench?
The error tell me that its trying to load addin for given location but its not there!
Problem with Installation?

Arrow Error pop out after lanching the workbench

This error just appeared upon launching the workbench...you can skip the error, but after that when creating a structural analysis and it's OK to edit the geometry. However once done with the geometry, close the window back to workbench, the following model,solution and result all have a 'black cross' sign instead of usual lightning sign (Please refer to the attached pictures for detail of the error). And it just can't edit anything from there. I reinstall for a few times but the errors just kept popping out during the startup of workbench.

I see problem with installation, re-install Ansys!
