Get values from CFD Post to excel

How to get values from CFD Post like expression's values and graphs, plots in specific cells in excel?

In CFD-Post I create a table containing my expression values.

When working interactively, I cut & past from the table to Excel. (You have to use Ctr-C & Ctrl-V.)

For batch processing, I configure the report to contain just the table. Then I use a .cse file to export the report in text format. Then later I import the report into Excel as a tab delimited file. Works fine if you setup your table properly.
