I am a student learning to use Ansys and cannot explain my lack of accuracy.
I have modeled a NACA 0012 airfoil. Lots of published data on this so I can compare. I am getting Cl of 0.72 when I should get Cl of ~0.45 My mesh orthogonally quality is about 0.44. I am running inviscid, with energy equation on. fluid is air and is ideal-gas-law for what I assume is 'compressible' because I'm running at a mach 0.4 at 4 deg AoA. Is my problem in mesh or in my solution set up? Thank you for your help! Peter |

If you're still stuck with this, please, post some images of the mesh and model for better understanding.
