Solver Error during Structural Analysis

I have modelled a hollow beam of shell thickness of all sides equal to 2mm,by using Extrude and Shell command in PTC Creo, and then imported its .igs file to Ansys 13.0 Workbench for structural analysis. (the image is attached for getting an idea of its shape). I have applied material properties, given fixed supports an its two ends (a simply supported beam), did meshing by using Automatic method, and applied a pressure over its its entire frontal surface. I inserted Total Deformation and Equivalent Von Mises Stress in the Solution.
Now when I solve it, it gives following error and warning: 1) Error: "an unknown error occurred during solution. Check solver output on the solution info. object for possible causes" 2) Warning: "solver pivot warning have been encountered during solution. This is usually a result of an ill conditioned matrix possibly due to unreasonable material properties, an under constrained model or contact related issues. Check results carefully." I found that in the project tree that under "geometry", the part was imported as a part 1 and part 2, and not as one part. Also, I did not provide any type of connection under the "connections". I don't know what might be the cause of this solver error. Please help. Thanks in advance. |

Try to unite those parts in a Boolean operation in ansys
