Dear All,

I have a question, does anyone of you tried to simulate an anchor agitator in a mixing tank in ANSYS FLUENT or CFX? I've simulated similar problem in Solid Works Flow Simulation 2015 but I don't have any experimental data for comparison. I used Sliding mesh approach. I also found a technical information about SW FS 2015 (which bring me doubts about my results) which states that "any geometry that deviates from a hub with blades sticking out will not be well suited to be used in a rotating region".

I will be thankful for any info/article/scientific paper dealing with anchor agitators simulations in ASNYS FLUENT or CFX
