Hi all, I want to know the way of approach for one simple problem. Details are following. I have a copper Block, above the copper block i have heat source (ic) which is generating 70 degree Celsius heat in steady state condition. I want to know? If the (ic) is placed at middle of the copper heat sink means what will be the temperature at all edges of the copper heat sink, and where would be the intermediate temperature between ic temperature and edge temperature of the copper block ? THANKS IN ADVANCE http://public.justcloud.com/dxq838bog5.78819647 |
