Exporting Velocity Vectors

I can't find anything when I've looked myself, so figured I'd try here: Is there a way of exporting the velocity vectors (and positions of each) from Fluent or CFD-Post at each node? I'd prefer them to be a text file, or CSV (something that's essentially just values)
I'd specify 2D or3D but to be honest both/either would be great. I currently have .cas, .dat and .cdat files saved, and don't mind writing journals etc to get what I need, I'm just not sure where to start. |

I don't know a method directly in fluent or cfd-post.
you can loop over all nodes and write a file with an UDF though. so if you have some experience with UDFs ... |

I actually found a solution that worked for me shortly after posting this:
Seems pretty obvious to be honest, but it produces what I need, just had to use MATLAB to get it into a more useable format |
