We have porous evaporative pad in which air passes horizontally and water passes vertically, and water evaporates to get cooling effect at the end.
So my question is it possible to analyse two fluids flowing cross to pad,we have inlet p,v,t and pressure drop at pad,and we want p,v,t at the end.and how to create porous media in ansys cfx. ... So please send answer to this and. |

Hello,
I searched in this site and similar ones. Although I didn't find very useful material, however I accidentally came across following article: CFD MODELLING OF WET COOLING MEDIA AND DESIGN OPTIMIZATION OF HEAT SINK FOR DATA CENTER APPLICATION. Link: https://uta-ir.tdl.org/uta-ir/bitstr...pdf?sequence=1 Maybe, It can be helpful for your research. If you found better, please inform me. Best wishes M.Asghari |
