FLEXlm not running!!Server down...

Hello all

Recently when i started ansys 12 workbench, it is giving the following flexlm error

"Could not connect to any license server.
The server is down or is not responsive.
ANSYSLI_SERVERS: 2325@User-PC
FLEXlm Servers: 1055@User-PC"

On starting ansys license manager, the bottom left box it shows
ANSYS, Inc. License Manager status:
Licensing Interconnect: not running
Licensing Interconnect Monitor: not running
FLEXlm: not running

I've tried running server ANSLIC_ADMIN utility(as administrator) and changed the port number by editing the selected server machine, also I have changed the port number in the license.dat file, installed the license file and started the ANSYS,Inc license manager but still flexlm not running, the display box shows
ANSYS, Inc. License Manager status:
Licensing Interconnect: running
Licensing Interconnect Monitor: running
FLEXlm: not running

Anyhelp would be deeply appreciated....

I had this problem, and after three days of struggle with port number, host name, etc. I updated the windows and thought to give it another shot. It worked with the default port number(1055) and now all the three options are running.
The problem, however, was with ANSYS 19.2 and windows 10.
IMO, it's rather an OS problem and try your software and procedure on another computer to make sure its due to the software.
