Dear all,

I need to model a pipe with a weld on it( 400mm dia, 10-20 mm thicknes)
The weld zone has prop of X52grade steel(i have it) and parent pipe has prop of X65.

Now the problem is, i have to create a crack inside the weld, and generate a non linear analysis for it.

I have modelled the crack by just subtracting the volume and meshed it, but unfortunately theres some problem with the model.

Please suggest me some other ways.
