after splitting my geometry I got a internal blocks. Now I would like to merge them to get only one block? does someone have an idea how I can do that?

Do you mean ICEM CFD Blocking?

You can merge blocks. You can also switch to "output blocks" mode and then merge blocks so that they are only merged on output but are still available as separate blocks for more control while setting up the mesh.

You can search the help for those terms to get more info.
