Missing Named Selections

I used ANSYS Meshing to create named selections from a multi part body that was earlier defined in DesignModeller. However when I opened the mesh in CFX13, I cannot select the named selection when a certain domain is filtered out. For example when defining solid solid interfaces, CFX does not display and named selections in the drop down menu. I'm using Workbench by the way.
Are there any settings I left out in ANSYS Meshing that I should have done? |

Are you using CFX as your preprocessor? If you allow auto generate domains and interfaces in CFX options, CFX should show the internal doamins.
