Default meshing tube inside pipe

Hello

I am trying to mesh a pipe with a tube inside (it is explained in Figure). I have done it by using 2 blocks. How can I explain the program that the tube inside is a solid and not a Fluid?.

use two material points one in the fluid domain and another in solid zone and create block in by selecting the fluid domain
