Hi all,

I have recently been told that ANSYS Meshing and GAMBIT "are the same", meaning that the workflow in both of them is identical when creating a 3D mesh for CFD.

From my experience with ANSYS Meshing and what long-term users of GAMBIT have told me, that is not the case AT ALL.

Could someone please bring me some light in this issue? Which are the differences and the similarities of both meshing tools?

Thanks!
