I am a new in ansys 13 and I don īt how to mesh my model with hexa mesh. I want to modelling a combustion in a 3D model. The pictore of my model is atteched. I sliced it for 4 parts, but if I choose AUTOMATIC METHOD ansys 13 always meshed my model with tetra mesh. Please if you know help me.
Thanks a lot |

Pick a hex method perhaps (sweep or multizone)?

Yes I tryed a sweep method it create mesh but with the low quality and if I try a Multizone I got this: Multizone blocking decompozition failed. I drawed my geometry in ansys designer.

Define poor quality. Skewness? Which metric are you using? If so is the mesh size too big to represent the geometry? Post a picture to help us understand what you mean by this. |
