Hi,
I'm a student. When I import ".dbs" file into ansys 13.0, are there some problem? I mean about a problem like import file from cad? Can I to starting to work to create a mesh without any problem? |

Are you using Gambit?
If yes, then I assume you need to import a mesh (*.msh) from Gambit. Maybe it is now different in Ansys, but for sure you had to import a *.msh file earlier with Fluent (and not a *.dbs)

ANSYS (Workbench DM, ANSYS Meshing, etc.) can now read in a Gambit Geometry file, but only the real portion (the ACIS part), not the virtual geometry stuff...
